Shipping time has been shortened to 4-5 business days unless the item is "custom made" or out of stock. Don't worry, we will update you.

Shipping fee is $8 only for all destinations.

Shipping is made from Israel by standard-registered mail, with USPS.

Preparing your package for delivery usually takes 4-5 business days and is not included in the overall "shipping time".

All packages have specific tracking information.

You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number.

If the item does not suit you, you can contact us within 14 days after you receive the package. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at naftul79@gmail.com

If the item adjusts to your sizes, by your request before shipping, we, unfortunately, won't get it back. 

In the case of returning an item, the shipping fee will be paid by you. 

We will provide you with all the instructions for returning the item. 

For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to handle the issue.

Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days.
